Gayle Rynders of Carousel of Cakes has been decorating since 1973 when she joined Sweet Squeezers Cake Decorating Club in Abilene, Texas. Gayle joined ICES, International Cake Exploration Society and began teaching Wilton Cake Decorating classes in Abilene in 1978. Gayle has taken classes from Cap Prachyl of Abilene, Earlene Moore of Lubbock, Nicholas Lodge of Atlanta, Georgia and Eleanor Rielander of South Africia.
